Over all the software is very good. maybe have a tutorial on making corrections on forms after they have been submitted to 1099 pro for mailing but before submitting to the IRS.
Customer Service Representative David Shallenberger exceeded expectations as did each representative I spoke with during this process.
The 1099Pro software also exceeded expectations. It is very "user friendly" and has great "checks" in place to help avoid errors (ie. auto filling zip codes).
I have no suggestions for improvement. Both the software and the support from 1099 Pro were exceptional.

I am a new customer to 1099Pro, and I must say, I have received the BEST customer service I have received in a very long time! Your software met my expectations, and every one of your customer service personnel has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They turned what I thought was going to be a dreaded, complicated process into a simple, streamlined event. That made my day! The most important thing is I actually talked to a live person every time I called! That is almost unheard of today.
Please keep doing that!

Elsa was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. I forgot to order the redline forms for the IRS and she offered to help file electronically. She handled immediately and efficiently, walking me through the process which I so appreciated!!!

I love your software- been using for several years now.
The woman on your support team who helped me today did an outstanding job. Extremely quick and helpful with a fairly major issue that required us to reprint our 1099 forms.

Elsa was fantastic! To be honest, being a new user I was not looking forward to calling in for technical support as I was expecting the support to be similar to our previous vendor which would be a customer service rep who seems annoyed at the fact that I interrupted their day. I was so pleased with the 1099 Pro Support and Elsa was friendly, helpful, and quick. I could not have been happier with the service she provided.
